Okay here is the deal with spotlite.
You the memebers and even Guests make a new posting of 2 weather sites. from the posts we will check into these sites to see how they are with weather and sight and feel of the site. Then if the site is picked they will be placed on the front page of Echo Of Thunder Weather for the month.
Our 1st winners are The National Hurricane Center and Hurricanehollow.org
